Do those in power have a problem with a bipolar disorder epidemic among the non-white citizens?

Man charged with attempted murder after knife attack in London. A 45-year-old man has been charged after a knife attack in London on Wednesday in which two Jewish men were injured.  

The British counter-terrorism police have determined that the attack in Golders Green was a terrorist act, writes the BBC. The area in the northern part of London has a large Jewish population – and the attack is one of several incidents targeting Jewish locations in the city recently.  

The government said that the threat level has increased "for some time" and added that the increased level "is not solely" due to the incident last Wednesday. Watch the segment on SVT Nyheter.
